Come and join the Banjo Ukulele Society for their May Meeting!
Bring your banjo ukulele, if you have one, or even just a ukulele or banjo. Join us for an evening filled with fun and laughter. This is a wonderful opportunity to reunite with old friends and to make new ones. Whether you're a seasoned player or a beginner, everyone is welcome to join in. Prepare for an engaging atmosphere where music and camaraderie come together.
Places are limited, so you need to pre-book through Alyson at Alan Yates Music. You can call us or email us for your reservation.
The event is free and open to both players and non-players.
Join us from 7pm until 10pm to connect with fellow banjo ukulele enthusiasts for a fun evening of strumming and conversation.
A fully licensed bar, soft drinks, and beverages will be available for purchase.
Parking is available in the surrounding area, and the venue is easily accessible via tram and bus routes, just a several minutes from Blackpool North train station.
Rebecca and Mark, the owners of the Beaucliffe Hotel, are truly welcoming and friendly hosts. If you're considering a stayover, you can expect a clean and relaxing environment. Based on our experience, their breakfast is particularly delightful; it’s a highlight that you certainly won’t want to miss. The warm atmosphere and attention to detail make for a lovely stay. https://www.thebeaucliffe.co.uk/
We look forward to seeing you there - Alan & Alyson.
P.S. Don’t forget to book your place for Wednesday 19th November 2025 to celebrate ‘World Banjo Ukulele Day’ along with B.U.S. 3rd birthday. Same place, same time!
