Our Branding:

The ‘Banjo Ukulele Society’ (B.U.S) name and logo is copyrighted and is of shared ownership by all of its team members. The name and logo cannot be used elsewhere for personal reasons unless permission has been granted in writing by the B.U.S team. However members are more than welcome to promote the society with the intended purpose of the goodness of the society i.e. sharing social media posts etc.

Our Purpose:

To give banjo ukulele lovers a place to go, a community they can be a part of.

Our Community:

Anyone can join in with the Banjo Ukulele Society.

Conduct of Members:

• Any forms of abusive behaviour to other members or the team members will not be tolerated. Should any members be found guilty of this they will be removed from the Banjo Ukulele Society with immediate affect.

• Members are not to use or claim that they represent the Banjo Ukulele Society in any respect.

• Members are not to involve the Banjo Ukulele Society in any outside environment and bring the Banjo Ukulele Society into any form of disrepute.

Authority of the B.U.S Team:

• Have the right to refuse memberships and revoke memberships

• The creation and changes of terms and conditions

• To design, publish and distribute information materials, audio, visual recordings, multimedia products and display materials, and to create

  and maintain a related website and social media pages.

Grievances:

Any grievances you have against another member or against the Banjo Ukulele Society that you wish to report please contact the Banjo Ukulele Society directly. Should matters need to be taken further a statement may be requested officially in writing. Where appropriate evidence should be given in order for fair judgement to be passed. Should you disagree with the outcome, there is an appeal process you can take.
